This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve made these. They are beyond delicious. I appreciate that they are not very sweet BUT they are VERY chocolaty. I add chocolate chips (a mixture of semi-sweet, dark, and milk) for a little bit of extra decadence.

I doubled the recipe and baked 1/2 in a loaf tin for more of a “zucchini bread” feel. So good. Will keep coming back to this.

Yes you do need liquid sweetener to keep the batter’s consistency proper as it relies on its moisture.
