Made twice so far the first time I used frozen blueberries.. and as recipe said it did make it a tad wet. I also substituted monk fruit sugar instead of maple syrup …it was perfect sweetness

I followed your recipe and used two silicone bread pans and 1 mini silicone bread pan to bake the yogurt, it was super easy to remove. The recipe is a great WW recipe, since it has very few points, a little over 1 point per slice. I cover it with fresh fruit, as you do and it’s a wonderful treat. Thanks for creating the recipe

Hi Julie. Oh, that’s so great to know that this baked yogurt works with plant-based yogurt. Enjoy!

I made with Siggis plant based yogurt. Had to bake for an additional 5 minutes. It turned out perfect!

Hi Meg. Ironically enough, I just published baked cottage cheese version of this recipe! That’s exactly what I was thinking about using cottage cheese! And I totally agree on the lemon flavor protein powder. Glad you love this recipe!

Someone on Pinterest said they substituted 1 cup of cottage cheese so I gave that a go and whipped it all up in my Ninja. I always have homemade Greek yogurt on hand and have made many similar recipes in the past. This one was much better, held its volume and did not collapse into a thin layer. I did add 1 scoop of lemon cake protein powder, which was much more effective in yielding lemon flavor than other attempts in the past. Added in blueberries… just absolute fluffy wonder with tons of protein.
