I just resent the 20 Freezer Meals ebook to your email. Hope this helps.

Sounds good, love to hear how you are experimenting. Yes, eggs do not stick as much to glass and silicone containers.

Thank you for your recipe and hints. I followed a different person’s recipe, first, so I had already used a blender. You were correct–ALL the pepper ended up in a layer on the bottom of each egg bite. Ugh! I only have a 3 qt. Instant Pot and no egg molds (yet). I used 5 vintage stainless poached egg cups and one small silicone prep bowl with cooking spray. I tried the 11 minutes as you suggested on low pressure (despite the other recipe saying to use high pressure). They were definitely cooked. Might try a minute less–could be the stainless versus silicone cooking a bit too much. Eggs in the stainless molds still stuck a bit. Next time, I’ll try 4 oz., straight-sided glass cannning jars and leave out the salt/pepper. Hoping they taste as good if I add a pinch of salt and pepper after unmolding.

I will try it and let you know. The trivet just makes extraction of the mold easier? I thought it was o keep from burning due to contact with bottom of the inner pot and even cooking.
