Wow! This actually worked for me. Chicken fell off the bone, juicy and tender. I added a little more water and bullion, pesto cube, frozen veg and other leftover veg to the pot, Saute function 2 times and Viola! Yummy soup on a cold windy day! And plenty of chicken leftover for other adventures.
I had a whole organic chicken from the local farmers mkt. in the freezer for 7 mos. because I couldn’t plan on defrosting. Glad I thought to check IP frozen whole chicken! Will do this again! Thank you!

Recipe calls for temp of the instapot to be HIGH not 350 degree. 45 mins would be correct if you have the larger 8quart Instapot. If you have the 6 quart time would be 60 mins. The natural pressure is critical, manually releasing the pressure would result in the chicken being under cooked

I have made this recipe multiple times following the directions with no issues.
