I made this with only a couple of changes – I had fat free Half and Half so used it for the milk and actually forgot to put in the garlic however it was/is quite good!

I love quiche and this one is quite healthy !! Being on my own, I just divided the recipe in half and baked in an appropriate dish. I ate the leftovers the next day. Will definitely make it again!
