I do it in the microwave done the same just don’t put the foil in just use baking paper and put veg under neath the fish and it is lovely you can use frozen even

Love salmon but rarely cook it not a good cook but love healthy food ( eat salmo out)
But it’s expensive, going to try this recipe
( not that bad lol ) but after cooking can I and if so how long can I freeze it? And best way to preserve it in freezer?
