Made this recipe last night with ribeye steak I had in freezer. Took it out to thaw then cut into thin strips, followed recipe but used stir fry bag of veggies and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely would make again. Super easy and served over quinoa

What a fabulous meal Olena
I made this for the family last night
They loved it went back for seconds !
I cook for an army here
Not because I’ve got many to feed, I like to work smarter not harder lol
2 nights dinner worth
I used coconut aminoes with honey
Added noodles
When I cook stir fries this large I blanch my vegetables
Adding them in at the very end
That way I don’t over cook the veg
I do a bicarb water mix to marinate the rump steak for tenderness
I keep my ginger in the freezer
Grate as I need
Toasted cashews for a few minutes in the airfryer
And that just brought it all together!
I imagine one could use chicken stock for a chicken version
My older kids want me to start writing a recipe book for them
For the day I’m not around lol
They want this one included
