Turned out much better than expected, and it’s SOO easy. I was especially interested in the high protein so I did half flour, half unflavored whey. The bread baked beautifully with a moist, cakey texture. The first time I baked it it was way too salty, so I ditched the salt (baking powder had enough in my opinion) and added a dash of honey. Divine!

Perfection! I used AP flour except the last 1/2 cup of the 3, I used a local Milled AP flour. Thickens it up a little to my liking.
Measurement’s otherwise are perfect. Make sure you mix dry ingredients with a wisk really well & then sift it. But of course make sure that your baking powder and soda are not expired & that you crush any little chunks in your hand before putting it into the flour. My bread came out beautifully & tasting like it should! Im sooo keeping this recipe FOREVER. 😊💛 Ive been looking for an exceptional one. Im very picky about my food.
