Wonderful recipe! I bought a fresh turkey breast stuffed with roasted garlic stuffing and rolled and this was wonderful-a new go to instead of a whole turkey. Fast, easy delicious 😃

I was skeptical when I bought this turkey roast on how good it would taste. Using this recipe it turned out great with a lot flavor. My family raved over it.

It is a great recipe but may I suggest that you give the oven temperature much earlier on, when you give cooking times for example. Right now, it is only in the full recipe.

Thanks for the reply! if I am going to cook two separate 3lb turkey breasts, does the cook time still stay the same? or should I follow the cook time as if it were a 6lb turkey breast?

I am making this again this Thanksgiving. (3rd year in a row) I love the juiciness and the flavors but also the simplicity of this recipe. I might rub with butter this time instead of oil like another mentioned.
