Olena! This recipe will be very often my “to go to” quick and delicious dish!!! Thank you so much! Like many of your Instant pot dishes it turned out super tasty. I used pork, and I spiced it up with some Indian spices. Also, I used chunky pasta sauce diluted with some water. And so it became a wonderful (and fast!!!) kind of a meatball curry! 🙂 And you are so right: you don’t need more than 7 minutes at all (other online recipes I’ve seen advise 15 min…. I can’t see why… not necessary to overcook). I kept the pot closed for 10 min. after it stopped cooking. All in all – thanks a lot! You did it again – an awesome recipe!!!

Absolutely loved it! I doubled the recipe, used the eggs, oatmeal and Rao spagetti sauce, omitted the vinegar and used ground turkey. It was so light and absolutely delicious.

Attempt it in a straightforward candy and sour dish, as the meat different in chili, as a “rooster” salad, or in a Philly “cheesesteak” sandwich.

I always make 12 dozen meatballs at Christmas and keep them on hand for use with a variety of sauces. Thank you for making my life easier day by day.

I emphasize how good this recipe is since I had bought a tray of turkey meatballs from a local caterer, and those ones were rubbery. I was disappointed, but now I am very happy to save $ and use this easy recipe! Thanks again.
