Words can not express how grateful I am for this freezer meal recipe plan, the grocery list, etc. This has been revolutionizing my life! I seriously felt like I got a Christmas present when I stumbled on this page and began printing off these Healthy Freezer Meal recipe plan. I am a busy mom of 4, and I am pulled in so many directions. Having meals figured out, in the freezer, ready to go… and they are nutritious for my family….has been such a blessing. I am about to begin cooking week 3. The first 2 weeks were great. (My husband is such a picky eater, and even he has liked….I was just amazed how he LOVED the Lentil soup.) This also makes it more able for me if someone is sick, to quickly pull a bag out of the freezer, put it in my instant pot, and voila! I have a meal for someone!
Much gratitude to Olena for putting this together. I am sure that was very time and thought intensive, and I am just so grateful for the privilege of being able to partake.
