In reply to Judy. Hi, yes you can use almond flour to coat fish fillets, I would follow this recipe for almond crusted chicken, but use fish instead.

I am using almond flour to bread fish filets! Can you use French’s fried onions to coat them, and no panko? I have never tried this before! Other than using avocado oil, and seasoning, can you bake them? My recipe called for crushed bacon rinds, but the onions sound a lot more healthy! Pls.tell me what you think? Thanks
