I used ground chicken because I prefer the texture. Served with brown rice and hot sauce. Huge hit. Filling and delicious. I will be making this on repeat

This was way better than I thought it was going to be. Absolutely delicious! I ended up adding the whole pack of taco seasoning and a ton of cheese, it tastes like a burrito bowl soup / chili. So good.

Thank you, this was delish even with the omissions I needed due dietary restrictions for gut health issues. When I’m better I look forward to the full recipe with the garlic, onion, beans and taco seasoning. I didn’t have diced tomato so I used Fody medium salsa, knowing it would be a little soupier. Used 3 colors of bell pepper, black olive, and Violife shredded cheddar on the top at the end. Yum!
