Thank you! I’m new to the air fryer way of cooking and in my attempts have undoubtedly cooked some wonderful pieces of charcoal. I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks again!

Well, air fryer is like a small convection oven. So, I would try to bake at 350 F and then 425 F for the second step.

Do you have any idea what temperature, cooking time, or other adjustments I may need? I plan on using frozen cauliflower rice.

This really is a great recipe. I used fresh cauliflower and followed the directions exactly. You really do need to squeeze a lot of liquid from the cooked product. I used one kitchen towel to wring out a lot of moisture, then took a second towel, piled the cauliflower into the middle and folded it up like an envelope. Using a rolling pin, I went back and forth over the packet with all my might, turned the packet over and rolled it again. The process worked pretty well. To get the crust really crispy, I flipped the cooked product onto a cooling rack and put it back into the oven for another 5 minutes. I also cooked the finished version on the same rack so the crust wouldn’t get soggy. I could not believe how good it was! (I made garlic chicken pizza with marinated artichoke hearts and roasted red bell pepper.) I am making another pizza today, I loved it so much : )

This exceeded my expectations. I used fresh cauliflower and processed it. I wasn’t sure if I squeezed enough liquid out and thought it wouldn’t turn out. I was wrong. It was so good. I made a pizza with almond flour recently that was too heavy. I will definitely make this again.

This was sooooo good and I’m very impressed with how well it holds together. It can be picked up and eaten like flour crust. I will definitely make this over and over! Thank you!

No, I don’t think so. I have vegan cauliflower pizza crust recipe if you need it but this one definitely holds better thanks to real cheese.
